Cancellation and Interruption of Stay Insurance

Le Hameau des Lacs offers a cancellation and interruption insurance as an optional add-on during your booking.
Our partner MEETCH commits to reimbursing the full or partial stay to clients who have subscribed to the cancellation insurance, in case they need to cancel or interrupt their stay due to reasons beyond their control.

Here are some guaranteed cases by Meetch Insurance

• Serious illness or accident
• Cancellation of one of the people accompanying you
• Separation
• Obtaining a job / professional transfer / termination of employment contract
• Cancellation or modification of holidays by the employer (including for freelancers)
• Severe damage to your vehicle
• Theft in your accommodation or of your identity documents
• etc. . .

With no excess, you are reimbursed 100% (excluding administrative fees and insurance costs)

Subscription Modalities

The MEETCH insurance must be subscribed and paid for during your booking

and is valid for the people registered on the booking contract.
Its cost is 4% of the stay price (excluding administrative fees and accommodation taxes).

Reimbursement Modalities

An unexpected event before your departure? A mishap forces you to return before the scheduled date?

Inform the campsite immediately.
Then, to be reimbursed for the sums paid in case of cancellation or unused nights in case of stay interruption, declare the incident to MEETCH within 5  days, by connecting here: https: //le-hameau-des-lacs.claim.meetch.io/travel

Upon receipt of the complete file, you are reimbursed within 48  hours.
