Is Le Hameau des Lacs open all year?
We are open from the 2nd Saturday in June to the 2nd Saturday in September.
Is there a swimming pool on the campsite?

Dogs must be kept on a lead.
Category 1 and 2 dogs are not permitted on the campsite.
Is there WIFI at the Hameau des Lacs?
However, you are responsible for its use.
Is the campsite accessible to PRMs?
If you are arriving in a caravan, camper van or tent, our sanitary facilities have a shower and toilet equipped for people with reduced mobility.
Access to the bar, swimming pool and beach is also possible for everyone, but we do not have lifts.
On the other hand, some paths are steep, in particular the access to the swimming pool, the sanitary building and the access to the lake.
Can we welcome visitors?

You'll also find kayaks, paddles and pedalos for hire, as well as the beach snack bar.
The chalets
Do all cottages overlook the lake?
Some chalets have uninterrupted views of the lake, while others have partial views.
Are the chalets air-conditioned?
Are sheets, pillows and blankets included?
In the chalets, you will find disposable blankets, pillows and undersheets. Sheets and towels are not provided.
Sheets and towels can be hired if required.
What is the capacity of your chalets?
Chalet Azur sleeps up to 5 people (2 adults + 3 children or 4 adults).
Can we pitch a tent near the chalets?
It is not permitted to pitch a tent in the vicinity of the rental property.
Where can I park my car when I rent accommodation?
Vehicles are not permitted on the Hameau des Lacs. There is a car park at the entrance to the campsite for vehicles and trailers.
Is it possible to rent for just one night?
The minimum stay is 2 nights at the Hameau des Lacs.
Do you have to clean up when you leave?
What time should we arrive and leave the accommodation?
On arrival, the keys are handed over at 5pm. On departure, you must return the keys before 10am.

Locations
How big are your camping pitches?
Only one pitch can accommodate motorhomes, caravans or vans. Please specify this when you make your reservation.
Are all pitches shaded?

The shops
What shops are there in the Hameau des Lacs?
In high season, however, you can take advantage of a bread and pastries delivery service, available at your pitch between 7.30am and 8.00am every day.
Is the bar open all season?
NB: The bar is open to everyone. You don't have to be a guest of the Hameau des Lacs to enjoy a view of the lake from the terrace.
Activities
What sports facilities do you have?
Le Hameau des Lacs offers a range of sports facilities to keep young and old happy throughout their stay.
The campsite has a boules pitch, a table tennis table, a volleyball or badminton court and a playground for the little ones.
Are the events free?
All our events are free of charge. Events (meals, donkey rides, etc.) organised by external service providers are subject to a charge.
At what age can children take part in children's or teenagers' activities?
We offer 2 age groups so that all young people can take part in activities to suit their tastes.
Children and teenagers are welcome from the age of 5 up to 17.
What time do the evening events finish?
Night-time entertainment generally finishes at around 11.30pm.
Where can I find the event schedule?
The entertainment schedule is available on our Facebook page at the start of the season. It is also displayed at the reception desk next to the bar.
Are there any events only in the summer?
Yes, we offer a range of activities during the high season.
Is there a welcome drink?
A welcome drink to introduce the activity leaders and the activities is organised every Saturday from 7.00 pm, in high season.
It takes place in the entertainment area next to the communal barbecue (weather permitting), otherwise at the campsite reception.
