Family Campsite FAQ in Aveyron near the Lake

We are open from the second Saturday of June to the second Saturday of September.

Gas or electric barbecues are allowed on the pitches. However, for a great barbecue experience, Le Hameau des Lacs provides a shared charcoal barbecue; please bring your own charcoal.

The reception in high season is open every Saturday from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm. However, for logistical reasons, we kindly ask you to arrive between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
Outside these hours, please call us at 05. 65. 67. 41. 82to let us know your estimated arrival time and we will welcome you and give you access to your accommodation.

No, minors must be strictly accompanied by an adult responsible (parents or animator, for colonies).

Groups, colonies, and MJC are welcome at Le Hameau des Lacs. However, during peak season, we kindly ask you to respect the house rules scrupulously.

Le Hameau des Lacs is located 1 km from the town center of Villefranche de Panat.

Our furry friends are allowed with up-to-date vaccination records throughout the season at Le Hameau des Lacs.
Dogs must be kept on a leash.

Dogs of category 1 and 2 are not allowed on the campsite.

Most of Le Hameau des Lacs is covered by Wi-Fi. You have free access to high-speed Wi-Fi.
However, you are responsible for the use you make of it.

We have a Azur Chalet accessible to people with reduced mobility on the campsite.
If you arrive in a caravan, motorhome, or tent, our sanitary facilities are equipped with showers and toilets for people with reduced mobility.
The access to the bar, pool, and beach is also possible for everyone, but we do not have a lift.
However, some paths are steep, particularly the access to the pool, sanitary building, and lake.

Visitors are welcome to come free of charge to Le Hameau des Lacs. However, please notify the reception in advance.

Le Hameau des Lacs does not rent bicycles. However, you can find this service nearby, at the Mayrac Beach.
You will also find kayaks, paddles, and pedalos for rent, as well as the beach snack.

Some chalets have an unobstructed view of the lake, while others have a partial view.

At present, our chalets do not have air conditioning. At Le Hameau des Lacs, due to its altitude and proximity to the lake, it is not yet necessary to install air conditioning units.

You will find blankets, pillows with cases, and disposable sheets in the chalets. However, the sheets and toilet linen are not provided.

You have the option to rent sheets and toilet linen if needed.

The Chalet Azur can accommodate up to 5 people(2 adults + 3 children or 4 adults).

It is not allowed to pitch a tent near the accommodation. We have 3 bare pitches reserved for tents, caravans, or campervans.

Vehicles are not allowed to circulate on Le Hameau des Lacs. A parking area at the entrance of the campsite is provided for parking vehicles or trailers.

The minimum stay for a chalet is 2 nights at Le Hameau des Lacs.

The chalet and its surroundings must be left in perfect cleanliness.

Please remember to dispose of your trash bags in the containers located at the entrance of the campsite.

In case of failure, the cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. We offer a cleaning package if you wish.

In peak season, keys to the accommodation are handed over from 5:00 PM. On departure, you must return the keys by 10:00 AM at the latest.

After 9:00 PM(reception closing time), please call 05. 65. 67. 41. 82to collect your keys. You will complete the formalities the next day at the campsite reception.

Whether you arrive at the campsite in a motorhome, caravan, or tent, we offer pitches of approximately 80 m².

One pitch can accommodate motorhomes, caravans, or vans; please specify this when making your reservation.

All pitches at Le Hameau des Lacs benefit from a natural shaded area(trees bordering the pitches). However, at certain times of the day, your pitch may be exposed to the sun.

Our outlets are French electrical outlets, designed for 16 amps (3520 W).

Do not worry if you do not have an adapter; they are available at the Le Hameau des Lacs reception. A €20 deposit will be requested.

Yes. As some pitches are only accessible on foot.

No, as we do not have this equipment.

Vehicles are not allowed to circulate on Le Hameau des Lacs. A parking area at the entrance of the campsite is provided for parking vehicles or trailers.

Places must be vacated by 10:00 AM.

Please remember to clean the surroundings and dispose of your trash bags in the containers located at the entrance of the campsite.

At Le Hameau des Lacs, there is no shop. However, we have a bar and a terrace with breathtaking views of the pool and lake.

During peak season, you can also benefit from a delivery service, to your pitch, of bread and pastries, available between 7:30 am and 8:00 am every day.

The bar and its terrace are open all season at the same hours as the reception. You can enjoy ice cream or other hot or cold drinks there.

NB: The bar is accessible to everyone. No need to be a Le Hameau des Lacs client to enjoy the view of the lake from the terrace.

Le Hameau des Lacs offers a range of sports equipment to satisfy both young and old throughout their stay.
Within the campsite, we offer: petanque grounds, a ping-pong table, a volleyball or badminton court, and a playground for kids.

All our activities are free. Activities (meals, horseback rides, etc. ) that depend on external providers may be payable.

We offer 2 age groups so that all young people can participate in activities that suit their interests.

Children or teenagers are welcome from 5 years old to 17 years old.

Yes! We offer activities in general, during the ' school holidays', during the peak season.

A welcome pot is organized every Saturday at 7:00 PM, during the peak season, to introduce the animators and activities.

It takes place on the animation square next to the communal barbecue (if the weather permits), otherwise at the campsite reception.
