We are open from the second Saturday of June to the second Saturday of September

The campsite is located with direct access to the Villefranche-de-Panat lake and has a pool-- not heated --.

Gas or electric barbecues are allowed on the rented pitches. However, for good grilling, Le Hameau des Lacs provides its customers with a collective charcoal barbecue; customers must bring their own charcoal.

The reception in peak season is open every Saturday from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm. However, it is requested that you arrive between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
Outside these hours, please call the reception at 05. 65. 67. 41. 82, which will welcome you and give you access to your accommodation.

No, minors must be accompanied by an adult responsible (parents or animator, for colonies).

Groups, colonies, centers-aerés, or MJC are welcome at Le Hameau des Lacs. However, in peak season, it will be requested to respect scrupulously the internal regulations.

Our animal friends are allowed with their up-to-date vaccination booklet at Le Hameau des Lacs throughout the season.
Dogs must be kept on a leash.

Dogs of category 1 and 2 are not allowed on the campsite.

Most of Le Hameau des Lacs is covered by Wi-Fi. You benefit from free access to high-speed Wi-Fi.
However, you are responsible for the use you make of it.

We have a Chalet Azur accessible to people with reduced mobility on Le Hameau des Lacs.
If you arrive in a caravan, campervan, or tent, our sanitary facilities are equipped with showers and toilets for people with reduced mobility.
Access to the bar, pool, and beach is also possible for everyone, but we do not have a lift.

Visitors are allowed to come free of charge to Le Hameau des Lacs. However, please notify the reception in case of visit.

Le Hameau des Lacs does not rent bicycles. However, you can find this service nearby, at the Mayrac Beach level.

You will also find kayaks, paddles, and pedal boats for rent, as well as the beach snack.

Some chalets have an unobstructed view of the lake, while others have a partial view.

To date, our chalets do not have air conditioning. Le Hameau des Lacs, due to its altitude and proximity to the lake, does not yet need to install air conditioning.

You will find, in the chalets, blankets, pillows with cases, and disposable sheets. Bed linen and toilet linen, on the other hand, are not provided.

You have the option to rent bed linen and toilet linen if needed.

The Chalet Azur can accommodate up to 5 people(2 adults + 3 children or 4 adults).

It is not allowed to pitch a tent near the accommodation. We have 3 bare pitches reserved for tents, caravans, or campervans.

Vehicles are not allowed to circulate on Le Hameau des Lacs. A parking lot at the entrance of the campsite is provided for parking vehicles or trailers.

The minimum stay in a chalet is 2 nights at Le Hameau des Lacs.

The chalet and its surroundings must be left spotless.

Don't forget to deposit your trash bags in the containers located at the entrance of the campsite.

In case of failure, the cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit. We offer, however, a cleaning package if you wish.

In peak season, keys to the accommodation are handed over from 5:00 pm. Upon departure, you must return the keys before 10:00 am at the latest.

After 9:00 pm(reception closing time), please call 05. 65. 67. 41. 82 to collect your keys. You will complete the formalities the next day at the campsite reception.

Whether you arrive at the campsite in a campervan, caravan, or tent, we offer pitches of approximately 80 m².

A single pitch can accommodate campervans, caravans, or vans, please specify this when making your reservation.

All pitches offered at Le Hameau des Lacs benefit from a natural shaded area(trees along the pitches). However, at certain times of the day, your pitch may be in the sun.

Our outlets are French electrical outlets, designed for 16 amps (3520 W).

Don't worry if you don't have an adapter: they are available at the Le Hameau des Lacs reception. A 20€ deposit will be requested.

Yes. Some pitches are only accessible on foot.

No, we do not have this equipment.

Yes, the pitch allows it, and without additional fees!

Pitches must be vacated before 10:00 am.

Don't forget to clean up the surroundings and deposit your trash bags in the containers located at the entrance of the campsite.

At Le Hameau des Lacs, there is no shop. However, we have a bar and a terrace with breathtaking views of the pool and the lake.

In peak season, you can benefit from a delivery service, to your pitch, of bread and pastries, available between 7:30 am and 8:00 am every day.

The bar and its terrace are open all season at the same hours as the reception. You can enjoy ice cream or hot and cold drinks there.

NB: The bar is accessible to everyone. No need to be a Le Hameau des Lacs client to enjoy the view of the lake from the terrace.

Le Hameau des Lacs offers a range of sports equipment to satisfy both young and old throughout their stay.
In the campsite, we offer: petanque grounds, a ping-pong table, a volleyball or badminton court, and a playground for children.

All our animations are free. Animations (meals, or donkey rides, . . . ) that depend on external providers may be, on the other hand, payable.

We offer 2 age groups so that all young people can participate in activities corresponding to their desires.

Children or teenagers are welcome from 5 years old to 17 years old.

The animation schedule is available on our Facebook page hereat the beginning of the season. It is also displayed at the reception next to the bar.

Yes! We offer animations in general, during the school holidays, in peak season.

A welcome pot is organized every Saturday at 7:00 pm in peak season.

It takes place on the animation square next to the collective barbecue (if the weather allows it), or at the campsite reception.
