Swimming is easy in the country of the Mountains and Lakes. At the Hameau des Lacs, you will be with your feet in the water facing the lake of Villefranche de Pant, which approaches 200 hectares.
However, we also offer you the possibility to enjoy the beautiful sunny days by the secure swimming pool of the campsite.
This pool is ideally situated, as it is in the centre of our campsite. The more sporty ones will do laps from the opening, from 10 a.m. until it closes, while the more leisurely ones will lie on the edge of the pool on their deckchairs in the sun or in the shade of the parasols installed all around. As for the younger ones, they can play various water games (aqua-volley, bull...) or go on activities with their instructor.
You will also appreciate the aqua-détente course given by your activity leader, once or twice a week, depending on demand and the weather.
The swimming pool of the Hameau des Lacs is heated by the 'Sun God'. What could be more pleasant than to enjoy a swim at an ideal temperature?
We take constant care of the quality of the swimming water and regulate the temperature with a tarpaulin system that guarantees a pleasant temperature.
You won't hesitate to take a dip or enjoy the sunbathing and will be disorientated by the environment around the pool and the flowered areas around you.
The swimming pool is secured, your children will only be able to access it under your attentive supervision.

The lake
For unforgettable holidays in the heart of the Aveyron, come and enjoy the exceptional location of the Hameau des Lacs, situated on the edge of the lake of Villefranche-de-panat. A perfect proposition to recharge your batteries and spend time at the rhythm of the water with friends or family. You will be seduced by the natural environment and the peace and quiet that reign around the lake.
You will experience a real change of scenery at the Hameau des Lacs, and you will feel fully on holiday to the delight of young and old alike. You will have only a few steps to take from your pitch or cottage to get to the shores of the lake.
The lake covers 192 hectares. You will be able to put your towel where you want or on the deckchairs at your disposal, in the sun or in the shelter of oaks and broom, during hot weather.
The children will also be able to fully enjoy the lake, the softness of its water and the sand in all serenity. Older children can maintain their physical condition by swimming in the waters of the lake, or put down their towel and enjoy lazing on our sandy beach, or contemplate from our meadow the vastness of the lake and the surrounding nature.
Swimming in the lake is particularly pleasant and appreciated by campers, as its temperature can reach up to 24 degrees in high season.
Finally, one of the advantages of spending your holidays camping on the edge of a lake is to be able to enjoy various water activities such as fishing, stand up paddle or canoeing and kayaking.
