Welcome to your chalet

Upon your arrival at your chalet, we have taken every precaution to provide you with the maximum level of hygiene and cleanliness.

The floor has been swept and cleaned. The bedding has been aired, a mattress protector has been placed, and a disposable mattress protector has been provided.
The toilets, bathroom, and kitchen have been cleaned and disinfected.
The refrigerator and microwave have been cleaned.
The cooking appliances and glass top have been degreased.

Upon your departure, we thank you for carefully checking the following points:

• Swept and cleaned floors
• Cleaning of sanitary appliances:
  Toilet bowl
  Shower cabin (please check for hair in the shower drain)
  Sink in the bathroom
  Sink
• Cleaning of electrical appliances:
  Cooking appliances and glass top
  Refrigerator
  Microwave
• Bedding:
  Removed sheets (in case of sheet rental)
  Aired and replaced mattress protector
  Pulled and adjusted bedspreads; folded and stored blankets
• Walls, equipment, and wall elements
  Cleaned kitchen furniture
  Cleaned drawer (cleaned utensils)
  Washed and stored dishes
  Empty and cleaned trash can; cleaned underside of sink
• Patio and chalet surroundings
  Swept patio
  Cleaning of surroundings (papers, cigarette butts, etc. )

IMPORTANT
End-of-stay cleaning, which can be entrusted to us for your comfort (€70 supplement), does not include the following points:

• Bedding
  Removed sheets (in case of sheet rental)
  Aired and replaced mattress protector
  Pulled and adjusted bedspreads; folded and stored blankets
• Walls, equipment, and wall elements
  Cleaned kitchen furniture
  Cleaned drawer (cleaned utensils)
  Washed and stored dishes
  Empty and cleaned trash can; cleaned underside of sink
• Patio and chalet surroundings
  Swept patio
  Cleaning of surroundings (papers, cigarette butts, etc. )

On the day of departure, do not forget to:

• Set the refrigerator to 0 (doors open)
• Bring the key to your chalet
• As well as the TV remote control
